So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips.
~ Psalm 63:2-5 ESV
I love this! And totally can relate. I remember feeling awkward about expressing myself at worship, but realizing at a concert it was so natural. It was such a wake-up call for me! Now, I can’t imagine not expressing myself through my worship!

And that’s good too, Claudia! Remember everyone worships in their own way. There is no right or wrong way. As long as you experience God and feel the freedom to worship in the way God is calling you to worship… that’s what truly matters! God bless you!
